Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not entirely ready upon my early arrival, and the bed was unusually high. However, the pool area was pleasant, and the location added to the charm of Sonoma. Service was inconsistent, with ups and downs throughout my time. Dining options were good, but the prices were a bit on the higher side.
The hotel's location was what I always pictured for a wine country getaway, beautifully maintained and in line with the mission architecture. The service was exceptional, with friendly and courteous staff offering top-notch assistance. The dining experience, while good, lacked a buffet option that would have been ideal. The rooms, though smaller than expected, were attractive and clean, providing a decent value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though cozy with a small balcony overlooking the gardens, big screen tv, and spacious walk-in shower, felt a bit small for the price. Overall, they were comfortable and well maintained. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff throughout my stay, including at the breakfast spot, Sante, offering generous portions and lovely views. The location, although centrally located in Sonoma Valley and easy to reach from San Francisco, had some issues with cleanliness in common areas. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with great service and tasty food, but also some disturbances like dogs fighting in the lobby. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
